Hannibal - It was planned to run for seven seasons. I was really interested to see it explore the material from The Silence of the Lambs and Hannibal.
Boardwalk Empire - got a shortened episode order for its final season and had to have a huge time jump rushing through lots of key events. Clearly not how it was supposed to go. I still think that Terence Winter ended up getting bored of the show and wanted to focus on making his (shitty) 70s music drama, Vinyl.
Deadwood - No explanation required here. One of the greatest shows of all time, cruelly cut short. The good news is that, miraculously, plans seem to be going ahead with a movie but that can't replace what a full fourth season would've given us.
