I just Wish Spiderman was pulled out of the mcu and only in the Sonyverse You have no idea what Sony is trying to do, don't you? They don't necessarily want to compete with Marvel Studios they want to make movies that can capitalize on the success of the MCU and make people believe Venom and Silver and Black are in the same universe even if they are not wholly developed by Marvel proper. That's why Tom Holland is rumored to cameo in Venom, so they can trick the masses into thinking its in continuity with the larger MCU and potentially gain more profit out of it. |
