And the worst part is I don't think there's a way to remedy the situation without drastic, and perfectly implemented, measures. My guess (since everything is precarious atm) is they're gonna treat Phase 1 as a trial run. Reset more or less with Aquaman; Shazam! and Wonder Woman 2 for what appears to be a Legion of Doom arc instead of the New Gods until the dust settles. Indeed it's not refined but it'd dial things back until someone whether Hamada or Johns or DC-Fan plots a better course. Well, I guess that's better than going under after just one movie like Universal's Dark Universe. |
