I hope Alyssa Milano would see some distinction in different types of cancer, as well as different types of harassment. A guy who takes a woman's upper arm, and sneaks a feel of some side boob, should be called out for it, of course. But saying it is the same thing as full-on rape, someone would have to be hideously insensitive to say it is comparable. Both are unacceptable.
