I'm sorry, but are you saying it's hypocritical to praise good films while bashing bland films? I'm sorry, no, he is saying it's hypocritical to praise bland films while bashing good films. JL isn't exactly what I'd call a great movie, or even a very good movie. "Passable" sure, "fun" sure, "serviceable" I can see why but it has lots of problems in its storytelling and compared to GOTG Vol 2, Ragnarok, and Homecoming it is an inferior product when you look at the effectiveness of what goals were intended to be accomplished and in terms of character progression. |
