No, I don't think Dravid was as good as Tendulkar and Lara but only marginally behind them. His ability to make runs in bulks came handy in India winning/drawing some very important series outside of India. His ability to stay at the crease for long also ensured runs came from other end. My favourite of him was two fifties he made in Jamaica in 2006 on a minefield of a wicket. But there are many innings to chose from when we talk about him.
*I am fine if a player scores 600 runs in one series in Australia and India does not lose that series than a player who scores 300 runs on multiple occasions and India losses on all those occasions . It's OK if the dude who scores 600 once in Australia comes up with only 100 in the next tour. Dravid's epic 600 runs series on multiple occasions outside of India gave us great memories.
