I say we should be happy that he was in Justified. Such a wonderful show even KY is all wrong in it. Actually that's probably why it's so good. They rarely if ever get the South right in anything. I'm sure many regions in the US and the world have similar complaints but Southern accents by non Southerners almost always are borderline insulting. I thought Olyphant's was okay although not very authentic for KY. Walt Goggin's Southern accent is good but again not neccesarily an authentic KY one. WG is a Southerner though so it should be good. |
