it's a complaint about the cases being broken and the packaging.
I bought the same set. Some of my cases were broken too
BUT my ocd was bothered by the fact the 8 seasons of monk came in clear dvd cases when The opposite side of the artwork had nothing on it. so I wanted to replace them anyways
