I wish I thought the same, but for me it's a pretty average/forgettable movie overall.
but I guess if you like those kinds of movies quite a bit then maybe it works well for you. but yeah, it seems United 93 is considered the #1 of the 9/11 movies of which I have not seen as a while ago I thought I seen that on TV but it was actually this one that I have seen... I agree with you here because I can mildly like a movie and re-watch it once in a while but those are not good enough to be considered a favorite. basically movies I score in the 6/10 range are these kinds of movies for me.
I would be more interested whether something is amongst your favorites in general than just being a basic 'good movie'. that separates the gems from everything else pretty much.
If 'good' means a mild Thumbs Up level then I also could list more Nicolas Cage movies than I did. but I prefer to keep things more along the lines of My Favorite Movies in general to keep the quality up to a higher standard that way.
World Trade Center is an earnest and emotionally powerful movie and I like movies about survival against the odds. The only other movie about 9/11 that is worth mentioning is United 93 and that is a great movie imo.

No I don't consider it a favorite but I do like it. There is a difference between a movie being good and it being one of my favorites.

It is one of my favorite Nicolas Cage movies but that isn't the same as being one of my favorite movies in general.
