The word and context interpretation of the dialogue is clear: "monster" in stated in connection with her sterilization. There is nothing to suggest what you say, in fact you made that up.

Thus, you have either an completely insensible, incompetent prick of a writer or you actually have a genuine "baby-machine" misogynist, or both.

Anyway, this is an infamy and embarrassment in a film directed at impressionable children and manchildren. MCU fully deserves it's immature sausage-fest image.
