Good flick. I agree that this is kind of a movie ahead of its time with the whole concept of how one can be famous for doing even the most notorious things. It seems like a very divisive film among critics. I mean, Roger Ebert himself gave this a 4/4 and considered it a masterpiece, while others say it's terrible because of the over-the-top representation of violence and media. I give the movie an 8/10.
