My dad was a big one for made up deliberate mis-pronunciations for fun.
BUT, now that I wrote that, I cannot for the life of me remember a single one !

HORSE-PISTOL for Hospital
HYSTERICAL MARKER for Historical Marker (that one was my sister's)
Coming attractions at the movies was "Coming of the Tractors" (that was brother's as a little kid)
