I've been buying from Amazon Marketplace sellers, including ImportCDs, for many years. Amazon doesn't share your credit card details with them.

The reason to buy from the sellers' websites is that they have to mark up their prices to sell on Amazon because Amazon charges 15% fees to sellers for all CD/DVD/book transactions (I know because I also sell on Amazon).
