Constructed on the Universal lot's Colonial Street for Paramount's 1955 The Desperate Hours:
From 1959 - 1963, the Cleaver home on Leave It To Beaver:
Modified in 1964 to serve as the Kimball home in Send Me No Flowers:
From 1969 - 1975, the home and office of Marcus Welby, M.D.
As either a primary set or in the background, it can be seen in dozens of episodes of other shows shot on the Universal lot, from Checkmate to Ironside and beyond. It has since been moved to an obscure storage area on the lot, appearing more as it did in original form, but in some disrepair:
