What exactly do you not understand? 50 years ago, some people thought the idea of a drive-thru was weird and stupid, when you could just park your car and walk inside. Some people thought that personal computers would be too big, clunky and expensive and the average person could never afford one. Etc. What do YOU not understand? Drive thru's actually have a benefit. Not having to leave your car to order food. Going to the kiosk things isn't really any more beneficial than just going to the cashier since they are both right there. Lame example with the computers. It's not my fault you don't understand how business works. Take a lap, ace.
