I actually missed the question.
That's a tougher choice, but I would go with Batman.
I think Williams is able to create some timeless pieces to a score and Superman certainly has a more memorable hook to it, but the overall score to Batman is great and I love that Elfman included a snippet of Prince's Scandalous in one of the tracks.
