Hmm...The pieces I liked from SW were "Main theme," "Falcon Tractor Beam entrance," "Battle of Yavin," and "Closing Theme." As for STM, there is "Main Theme," "Krypton intro," "Jor-El's parting words," "Clark Goodbye to Ma," "Supes and Lois flight," "Supes chasing the rocket," and "Closing Theme reprise/Can You Read My Mind Instrumental Theme." So I choose STM.
