No, that won't wash... the supplied statistics are about now, not 30 years ago before sex ed, which seems to not be working at all.The supplied statistics for "now" were about how many are living with HIV, not how many new cases there are. Again, the latter has dropped steadily since about '97 due to sex education. Only a few of those would have been infected 30+ years ago. |
