but someone still has to maintain the machines...instead of people serving the food, they'll be servicing the machines... AND... "Cooks" are actually still cooking and making food... Right? And what about drive-thru... The last time I looked, you can't reach out your window to touch most screens, so you still need someone to take your order there... Right? And you still need a person at the window to hand you your food... And what happens when the "Cook" accidentally puts pickles on your burger, when you programmed the Kiosk to leave them off... Are customers going to back to the Kiosk to push a complaint button? Just out of curiosity... Are these Kiosks going to keep the dining room & restrooms clean? So... what... Is one more employee running the counter and taking orders, really too much of a problem for businesses? In my opinion, it seems like these kiosks will be more trouble than they are worth. Especially if Anti-Tech customers don't want to use them (Or Don't know HOW to use them)... They'll still be asking for a cashier to wait on them, instead.
