I enjoy the modern sensibilities of wearing a suit, tie, and even a dress hat, as well as the more frequently worn sports jackets, leather jackets, and chinos. However, I somewhat wish we could return to the ancient Roman Mid-Late Antiquity through Early Middle Ages ways of dress. I'm thinking of the 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th and 8th centuries AD. Clothing choices wouldn't have to even be limited, as there were many variations available, if you could afford it during those times. The 16th, 17th, and 19th centuries, also the early 20th century up through World War II, had lots of style as well.
