They should not have taken pay cuts. That was a stupid move.
The leads do more, and they have been around longer.
Around longer with the show, sure, but Mayim had a career long before any of the others did. I don't think that Melissa deserves equal pay because Bernadette is horrible but I love Amy (and "Shamy").
