I think that the film Humphrey Bogart considered his worst may make every choice listed so far to be very good in comparison. Here is the complete "Swing Your Lady" (1938) which Bogie called a "stinker"...everything is bad. Ronald Reagan probably was glad that he only had one scene as a reporter that lasts under a minute (at the 45:50 mark). Musical numbers at the 4 and 15 minute marks are perhaps the worst thing in the film. These are by The Weaver Bros. and Elviny and are not only bad they are depressing. The first, "Dig Me A Grave in Missouri" starts things off. "The Old Apple Tree" sung about her father being lynched in a tree he planted is just as bad. Penny Singleton's numbers are pretty bad but way better than the ones above that Elviny croaks out. Complete film
