The scary thing is that is what some of the delusional 'Olicity' fans thought and I remember ShellySmiles and LACountess among other members on the old Arrow boards telling everybody who Donna was such a loved and important character on the show while they were saying Season 4 had evolved and 'Arrow' was a much better show than what it was in the early seasons.
