If Cousins signs with the Bills, then yeah they are definitely playoff contenders, but they are nowhere near the Pats.

Tannehill’s return will help the Fins, but they have a ton of holes elsewhere : the O-Line is complete shit, Drake is the only RB, the LB unit is thin and the secondary needs help. It’s unlikely they will be a playoff team next year.

The Jets likely still have a couple of years before they become a decent team, even if they do draft a good franchise QB, they are in rebuilding mode.

So yeah the division is rather weak and the Pats will win it once again easily.
