I didn't bother with "Revelations" - why I bothered with other sequels after "Bloodline" is something I can't explain. "Judgement" does indeed look like another one that was made just to keep the rights. It seems that more and more of these "old dog" franchises are stuck with new sequels getting made just for the sake of keeping the rights, while the planned properly budgeted reboots mostly fail to happen.
The best thing for this series would be to completely move away from Pinhead & gimmicky new Cenobites and do something else with the mythology. Hellraiser: Inferno was a weird entry to the series but in a way I liked what it was trying to do.
