That's how they do it down in Puerto Rico. 
During the summer, we would hear that song featuring Justin Bieber at least three times a day. Likely because it's CANCON (Canadian Content). After all, Justin Bieber is Canadian, eh? 
It's catchy. However, I'm over it.
