It's ok--might be the last Arnie movie I can say I liked enough for semi-regular rewatching (I didnt mind Terminator 3 though).
I agree with the review--Caan is ok but not really much of a threat. I wonder how it might have been if they reverse his role and Coburn's?
The cgi is really bad. Post Jurassic Park cgi could be really poor when they rushed to put it in any movie for fad reasons.
But the rail gun was neat.
I like the line when he is telling the mafia dock people that sinister forces in the government "are selling weapons to international terrorists" and they laugh and say: "hey Mr. 60 Minutes-tell me something I don't know!"
There was some controversy about this and Mission Impossible both having the same kind of sequence involving breaking into a government lab.
