Diana was explicitly established as having been the only child on the island at the beginning of the film. Her naivety can easily be explained away by the fact that she had lived a sheltered life, with no connection to the outside world. Also, the fact that she doesn’t age over the course of 100 years should be a good indication of things. Also, Themiscyra is an island that’s hidden from the rest of the world by magic. Sounds pretty magical to me. Doesn't change that she's painfully naive despite being thousands of years old. No, if it was hidden in a way NO ONE could get there unless the Amazons wanted them there then it's more magical. Look at Asgard. Again, she spent her entire life on a sheltered island. It doesn’t matter how old she is if she didn’t have any experience with the outside world. Also, if Themiscyra was an island that no one could get to, Steve Trevor would’ve never landed there and we wouldn’t have a movie.
