I hadn't thought much about it. Silver Samurai was the first Asian Marvel character that came to mind.

Having now thought about it for longer than 5 seconds, the first Asian led movie should obviously be - "Shang-Chi - Master of Kung-Fu."

Yeah Shang-Chi would be the logical choice for either a film or tv series before the other two.

It would have to be a movie so they could slot him into the Avengers later. It would probably make like $500 million in China with all the kung-fu in it. Black Widow and possibly Daredevil cameos would be legit and keep western audiences happy.
