Yes, you're confused. Despite the claims by MCU fans like formersamhmd to categorize Wonder Woman as being "SJW propaganda", there was no "SJW propaganda" in Wonder Woman. Not once in Wonder Woman does Diana or any of the Amazons or Etta Candy ever try to suggest or promote that women are treated as 2nd-class citizens by men.

Women treated as superficial, preening 2nd class citizens is inherent in WW.

From the ridiculous Pretty Woman shopping sequence ... to the War Council meeting where Wonder Woman is summarily dismissed by the men because of her gender ... to the idiotic front line trench scene where she strips down to here cigarette girl outfit in front of a bunch of gawking men. Wonder Woman was all about upheaving the sexual norms of that time period.

Wonder Woman was also all about selling the idea that woman are just as capable as men in all things. Better even. They too can go to war, and look sexy at the same time. Men can’t to that!
