Of course T is a disorder, it's even listed as such in the DSM5. It is gender dysphoria. Anyone who thinks they are the opposite sex and want to mutilate their bodies to become that, has serious psychological issues. Gay men, do love and appreciate the gender they are born into and don't have the need to become women. Let's please put sexuality and mind disorders into perspective.

> Being trans doesn't meet the definition of a mental disorder (a psychological state that causes significant distress and disability)
> The APA explained this in explicit terms when it stopped using the term "gender identity disorder" in favor of "gender dysphoria": "Part of removing stigma is about choosing the right words. Replacing 'disorder' with 'dysphoria' in the diagnostic label is not only more appropriate and consistent with familiar clinical sexology terminology, it also removes the connotation that the patient is 'disordered.'"
> And not all trans people deal with severe dysphoria. It's barely or not present for some trans people, while it's mentally excruciating for others.
Drag Queens are gay men who just love to dress up and parody femininity, they don't want to actually be females themselves. There are many issues regarding T and it's mental ramifications. It doesn't mean they are mentally ill, in the sense that they can't function as normal human beings, they just want to be something they're not physically and that is still a disorder.
I would never be disrespecting to a trans person and the pro-nouns they choose to be labelled as, that's no skin off my nose if they want to be known as "she", or even "he", if transgender male; but it doesn't mean I don't have to acknowledge them within myself, wholly as women, or men.
