I am sure some T will be confident and happy with who they are, but they were still unaccepting of the original biology they were born with. Disorder, dysphoria, that's all just semantics. As a male body, who is attracted to other males, they would be considered homosexual. As a phony female body, who is still attracted to males, what would they then consider themselves sexuality wise: heterosexual\straight? If this is the case, how can they then be part of a movement that is about homosexuality? Drag Queens are gay men who just love to dress up and parody femininity, they don't want to actually be females themselves. There are many issues regarding T and it's mental ramifications. It doesn't mean they are mentally ill, in the sense that they can't function as normal human beings, they just want to be something they're not physically and that is still a disorder. I would never be disrespecting to a trans person and the pro-nouns they choose to be labelled as, that's no skin off my nose if they want to be known as "she", or even "he", if transgender male; but it doesn't mean I don't have to acknowledge them within myself, wholly as women, or men. Thanks for clearing your standpoint. I was starting to think you were against everyone except gay & openly bisexual men. I believe your body is yours and you can choose whatever you wish to do with it. Each and every group we discussed here face discrimination and they deserve much better, they need a community and they should belong to it. Maybe you and I are on the same page, maybe not. But I still learned many things and am happy for that.
