The Lego Movie was ADHD: The Movie.. I really despised the sound mixing in that film, I engineer audio and it sounded sooooooo rough and weak to my ears. Another one I never really got into, The Godfather. Blasphemy I know, I really don't get what's so great about that film outside of Brando's performance. I consider Apocalypse Now a masterpiece though. A friend of mine, lent me his Godfather DVD set about 10 years ago... I gave them a shot, and watched them all... But after watching them, I didn't get why they were so popular either. As I recall they were too long, and I found them boring. I suffered to finish the last one. Sorry Fans. Considering it's been 10 years I would recommend re watching at least the first two films. People's opinions change over time. The third one is definitly not as good as the first two, so don't bother with it if you still don't like the first two. |
