Hidden gem area alert ! Call yer friends and neighbors ! Some of these MeTV quizzes seem "up our collective alley" game and/or silly-wise Mig ht be fun to see who "matches" with whom. Doghouse6 Heard the ol' dog whistle and came a-scampering. And what am I? Doggie makes three: yet another Unger/Cleaver, by way of... I Love Lucy Class clown - which didn't much apply, but there's no way I was ever valedictorian or jock (and I did routinely get called "clown" on the playing fields, but not for any intentional antics) Home is where the heart is - which has been true only since I and the other two-footed member of the Doghouse 6 began sharing it (before that, only a place to shower and change clothes...and sometimes sleep; I miss those city lights/Those sparkling city lights/The bulbs of those beaming brights/Beckoning me there/Be there) Blue/gray - I'm generally more an earth-tone guy, but that green/beige combo was just ugly Keep going - Eastern WA rain is so sparse you can walk between the drops; ten years here and haven't opened an umbrella yet Soup/salad - which clearly needs no explanation to you and Salzmank...and will make splitting the tab easy if the three of us are ever out to dine together (split pea & ham/Cobb for me)
Near as I can tell, all we really have in common is soup/salad and Walking In the Rain (Ronettes, 1964). Is this quiz rigged? Truth to tell, I'm really more of a Felix/Oscar: the house gets Ungered, but the wardrobe these days is strictly Madison; if I can't get in wearing sweats and a baseball cap, I ain't goin' (happily, that describes about half the people in this city). Once I passed AARP age, comfort became key, and style went to the back burner (and up in flames). TMI?
