Water isn't wet. Wetness is a description of our experience of water
This was going to be my initial response... however:
what happens to us when we come into contact with water in such a way that it impinges on our state of being.
I submit to you that... Each individual molecule of water is in contact with, and being impinged by, other molecules of water.. and, therefore, ipso facto is, in deed, wet.
