Ain't she always been the anti-Diana though? Not to artificially boost my story idea, but with a god in her corner, she could especially pose a threat.
If she relies on cunning in addition to brute strength, maybe. Frankly, there are so many different versions of the character that it would be nearly impossible to predict which aspects of which will make it into the film.
