In terms of Top 3 title songs...
-Thunderball (this one grew on me with time and just seems to fit that James Bond character as a bonus)
-The Living Daylights
-Quantum of Solace
but with that said... I don't have anything concrete as there might be a handful of others that may interchange like Goldfinger/Spectre/Casino Royale/Goldfinger etc.
p.s. but between the Top 2 vote in the votes currently, which are Goldfinger vs Live and Let Die, I think Goldfinger is easily the better song. Paul McCartney (and The Beatles) are a bit overrated in general as they are no where near as good as their general huge fame makes them out to be as they seem to be one of those very select few bands that people praise to a high degree and are almost in a class of their own with maybe a handful of others and based on this standard I think they are overrated as there are quite a few others out there I would say are overall better.
