Back when I used to drink that syrupy slop, I recall that Pepsi seemed slightly better--a bit more dry, with some interesting variations such as Pepsi Twist (which they discontinued). Coke was thicker and sweeter, IMO. Now I stick to seltzers and the occasional ginger ale.
