I guess i will accept that answer but im not totally satisfied with it. Its very hard to believe an isolationist nation can rise to that level of technology and science without outside information, collaboration and exchange of information. The Western World achieved where it is because they learnt mathematics from Asia, science from europe , philosophy from greece, etc. They had free flow of people.
