I am waiting to see the new movies of ‘The Crow: Reborn’ and ‘Spawn’ too and ‘The Crow’ is still my favourite superhero movie and I liked ‘The Crow: City of Angels’ and ‘The Crow: Salvation’ too but I wasn’t a fan of ‘Wicked Prayer’ or the TV series. I am hoping the new movie is good along with 'Spawn' which was really disappointing the first time around but the animated series was a lot better. Some others I am waiting to see that are said to be in development are
Witchblade
Hack/Slash
Fathom
Red Sonja
Soulfire
Razor
Painkiller Jane
Aphrodite IX
Vampirella
Charming (Disney movie with Avril Lavigne)
Strangers In Paradise
The Magdalena
The Darkness
Darkchylde
Gen 13
Shi
Strike
Rat Queens
Danger Girl
Lady Death
Cyberforce
Wild Cats
Zootopia 2
Enchanted 2
Brave 2
The spawn movie was really bad, but I loved the HBO series.
I didn't know there was a painkiller jane movie. There was a tv show called painkiller jane which starred the female T300 from Terminator 3, forgot her name.
Witchblade, red sonja, danger girl, vampirella and lady death..looking forward to those. Not too familiar with the other titles. Gotta look them up
Yeah. I liked most of the sequels and even though they weren't as popular as the first movie I felt 'The Crow: Salvation' and 'City of Angels' had some great scenes and I liked the one where he got inside a car with a criminal and he took his gun off him and put it in his mouth and blew his head off while the guy was screaming and in 'City of Angels' where he drove a car at full speed into a wall with a criminal in it and it blew up and he got out and walked away without a scratch. There was originally going to be 6 movies of 'The Crow' but 'Wicked Prayer' killed the franchise and the fifth one was going to based on the series with Iris Shaw as the Crow. The TV series didn't last very long and a lot of fans didn't like it 'cause it was watered down, was very light in comparison to the moves and they weakened down the character so they could feel pain and didn't heal quickly. Jessica Chastain is playing Jane and producing the 'Painkiller Jane' movie and it is based on the same comic book series the Kristina Lokken TV show was but much like 'The Crow' it was watered down a lot and they straightwashed Jane which was silly since Kristina Lokken is bisexual and ended up playing a lesbian in 'The L Word' after it and in the comic books her partner, Maureen was her main love interest.
Out of the other titles I mentioned 'Hack/Slash' is my favourite and is one worth looking into if you are a Horror fan. It stars Cassie Hack and her friend Vlad (who is 7 foot and looks like Jason Vorhees) going around killing slashers and has featured a lot of Horror characters like Chucky, Freddy Kreuger, Dr Hebert West and Son of Samhain and there was also a team up series with Ash from 'The Evil Dead' and Vampirella recently.

On a related note it doesn't look like we will have to wait too long for the next Crow movie now.

The reboot of ‘The Crow’ now has a release date
The divisive reboot of cult classic The Crow has now been given a release date.
The film has been in discussion for quite some time, with Justice League actor Jason Momoa, director Corin Hardy and producer Ed Pressman all having met to secure progress on the project. Pressman was involved in the 1994 original, and it was reported that they’d taken the project to Relativity Media. Then last year, it was confirmed that Sony had secured distribution rights to The Crow Reborn.
Now, Sony has announced that the reboot will hit US cinemas on October 11 in 2019.
‘The Crow Reborn’ is set to be an origin story in relation to the 1994 original, and stay faithful to the James O’Barr graphic novel. Jack Huston, Norman Reedus, Luke Evans and Tom Hiddleston are among the actors linked to playing the lead role over the years.
Telling the story of a murdered rock star who is resurrected in order to hunt down his killers, ‘The Crow’ inspired the sequel ‘The Crow: City Of Angels’ in 1996, starring Vincent Perez as the lead character Eric Draven.
The son of martial arts and film legend Bruce Lee and teacher Linda Lee Cadwell, the original film’s lead Brandon Lee died on set while filming ‘The Crow’ in 1993, due to an accident with a prop gun. The film was completed posthumously with body doubles and special effects.
