Kids' developing brains aren't smart enough to understand how many drugs like weed negatively impact their developing brains. Hell, many adults aren't smart enough to know how to avoid killing themselves on certain drugs. In any case, saying "I believe the positive of the freedom of choice to do drugs outweighs the negatives" =/= "There's nothing wrong with kids doing drugs and drinking." Reminds me of THIS.That's why you educate. Simply educate on how much is too much and it'll be grand. If we can give children talks on STDs and even cate them on the risks of sex, why not drugs and drink? I agree we should educate, but no amount of educating will stop weed from doing damage to adolescent brains. It isn't like sex where if done carefully there are no innately negative effects. I'm still fine with an upper-limit age limit on drugs/alcohol, while also being for the legalization of drugs in general.
