Ok first of all according to this article only 8 IQ points are lost so it doesn't really matter. An extra 8 IQ points won't get you very far so it doesn't really matter much. Secondly the article only talks about casual marijuana users. First of all, Second, that article pretty clearly states that the more it's used, the worse the effects. In any case, this should be enough to debunk your claim that there's "nothing wrong" with kids using drugs. Again, you may decide their freedom of choice outweighs these damaging effects of drugs and alcohol, but as per the other article I posted, it's wrong to pretend as if there are no negatives; that would just be rationalizing your values.
