Are people primarily upset that a fire could have been started or that the animal could have burned itself? Or perhaps folks are primarily upset that a patron threw something into the animal's enclosure?
Because otherwise I don't see what the problem is here. The zoo itself isn't supplying the orangutan with cigarettes.
