I'm sorry I just get why it's a big deal for shuri to be a smart teenager. I find that more believable than the crazy shit Marvel throws at us in Guardians. Its called good story telling and world building. The other films and examples I mentioned do it successfully. Black Panther is good but mishaps in character development like this make it far from perfect. If Killmonger didnt mention his wars would you just accept that a black guy from the hood could stroll into Wakanda and beat a king in hand to hand combat? Okay fair enough in regards to killmonger. I guess it wouldn't have hurt the film to throw in a reference to her education. I still didn't find it to be that big of a stretch. Especially in a universe where you can spawn armor out of thin air.
