And like Rey, a deadbeat begger, knowing extraordinary Jedi abilities with no backstory or explanation, Shuris abilities are a difficult concept to digest. Agreed. That's 1 of the reasons why TLJ was so disappointing. We thought those questions about who Rey's parents were and how Rey became so proficient at using the force would be answered in TLJ, but TLJ gave no explanation, other than 1 line about Rey's parents being nobodies, which doesn't explain how Rey became so proficient at using the force. And we're not talking about Rey being able to do simple stuff with the force. She can do the same things that Kyle Ren, who has been trained for most of his life, does with no explanation for how she got that way. Same with T'Challa's sister. We're not talking about T'Challa's sister just being the smartest kid in her class. BP made her an Einstein-level genius with no explanation at all for how she got that way. God, you're a fuckin' moron. I can poke more holes in every DC film than the entire MCU series itself. But you know what, these movies are set in a fictional superhero universe. So yeah, some things are going to be a bit of a stretch probably, but who cares!?! You're just fuckin' jealous of the MCU success as usual with nothing to complain about, so you're fuckin' nitpicking |
