A simple question if their education system is so poor how is there tech light years from the rest of the world? And Knowledge doesn't have to be exchanged. It can be taken. We know Wakanda has no problem sending spies into other countries. but really when their civilization is so much more advance why would they want to take knowledge from us? It would be the equivalent of the ancient Chinese civilization in 4000 BCE spying on the hunter gatherers from Europe. The neolithic Chinese civilization didn't explore or trade with other cultures, but they planned their cities while in Europe you had small bands of hunter gathers living together is small groups near the shore or lakes. They hadn't figured out farming. While neolithic Chinese had cultivated rice, domesticated chickens, started surgery (trephination), intricate burial rituals, woven silk, evidence of simple plumbing and sewer. etc etc

1. Advanced Civilization doesn't mean Peaceful Civilization you are committing a logical fallacy. There is a correlation between civilizations advancement with violence going down. That doesn't mean it's a causal relationship.

2. Does T'Challa's intelligence effect the intelligence of his people? He trusted that Erik was who he said was with little evidence, but even if he was a idiot how does him being dumb, prone to be trusting, or impulsive mean his people are dumb. In my lifetime in the United States we had Presidents Carter, Reagan, (Vp Dan Quayle) Clinton, G. W Bush, and Trump. Carter was a simpleton, Reagan in his last few years of his 2nd term suffered from Alzheimer's, Vp Quayle was one step away from Pres. and he was dumb as a box of hammers, Clinton was a walking hardon, G W Bush while had a great memory could barely put 2 sentences together, and Trump well geez where to start. The fact he would be richer if he took his inheritance and put it in a simple interest account. And he might actually be a worse speaker than Bush Jr. In 42 years 2 Presidents were intelligent G H W Bush and Obama. In that 42 years did the US stop being the most advanced civilization on the planet? NOPE.
