I bought two 12-oz packages of smoked salmon. The first one I downed in less than a day. I am determined to make the next one last 2 days, but I will be doomed to fail. I take some, put it away, but it screams to me the whole time. And I have to avoid salt - a package has 3,360 mg sodium, even though it doesn't taste all that salty.
