#3 now -- a well deserved Randolph Scott appreciation thread has been started ....  Lee Marvin and Scott would have been a great match-up in a movie, eh ? Will have to check the filmographies (later) ... maybe they did appear together. News at eleven. I don't actually have a lot of knowledge about Randolph Scott (still somewhat of a classics newbie). Mostly I know him from that one in Blazing Saddles or these unsubstantiated Cary Grant rumors. You would think with three threads someone might mention a movie or two...?  One of his best late Westerns, Seven Men From Now, Randolph Scott shares a lot of screen time with Lee Marvin. You will definitely want to check that one out! |
