I just purchased a Sugardale Prestige smoked ham steak. I will try the "freeze" option because this ham steak is too big to eat at one sitting. I started freezing ham after Christmas when I had too much. It worked out OK with only a slight difference in the texture. If you follow my advice with frying it in butter and pineapple juice, it is totally delicious. |
