How attached are you to religion?

I know we've all be taught that it's rude to question religion and we should all just put up with it like it's no big deal,

But why?

It's a system of irrational beliefs, many of them demonstrably false, and while religious people in most cases are good and try to do good, any good that religions does can be accomplished by purely secular means, from charity to moral values. Meanwhile, religion does lead to many negative consequences like terrorism, subjugating women, hating gays, and rejecting education when it conflicts with theology.

That's why I oppose it.
